 Bottled Water Needed for CRUISIN’ NIGHT Outreach – Friday, July 24^th                                                               Cruisin’ Night is approaching! And we need donations of small bottles of water for this year’s “Cruisin’ Night Block Party.” The “Cruisin’ Night Block Party” is a Geneva tradition that will be held this year on Friday, July 24^th, 5 to 10 p.m. in downtown Geneva. With vintage cars, trucks and motorcycles, live entertainment on two stages, kids games, tasty treats, and booths lining the street, it’s fun for all ages.

This year, Living Hope will once again be manning a table (on the sidewalk in front of Area Records) and will be handing out free bottles of water. The bottles will have a sticker on them telling folks about the church and inviting them to stop by for a visit. So, we are asking for your donations. If you are able to donate some bottles, please bring them to the church and leave them in the foyer. Thanks.

AWANA Training – Saturday, August 29^th   

Our area AWANA missionaries – Doug and Cindy Schoenheit – will be with us Saturday, August 29^th, to conduct training for this Fall’s AWANA club. The training will run from 9 AM to 1 PM. Please mark this on your calendar and plan to join us!

Church Picnic and Baptism Service – Sunday, August 23^rd 

This year’s Annual Church Picnic and Baptism service will be held Sunday, August 23^rd at Cheerful Valley Campground. The campground is located about a half mile north of the thruway on State Route 14. We’ll be meeting in the pavilion at the bottom of the hill and holding the baptisms in the creek next to it. If you or someone you know needs to be baptized, please speak to me as soon as possible. Thanks! 

“The Bible: The Epic Miniseries”  – In The Family Bible Hour – Sunday, 6 to 7 PM

In the Family Bible Hour, we worship the Lord in prayer, song, and the reading of His Word, and, this summer, as we view and discuss this miniseries. Join us – Sundays, 6 to 7 PM

Tuesday Night Prayer Meetings

In keeping with our goal of making this a “Year of Prayer” at Living Hope, we are holding weekly prayer meetings onTuesday evenings from 7 to 8 PM. The focus is prayer, so we are asking attendees to spend most of the time in prayer. If you have needs that you would like everyone to remember before the Lord, drop me an e-mail or write them down and give them to me on Sunday. Join us!

Theology Survey – Sundays, 9:30 to 10:30 AM

We are offering a Theology Survey Class on Sunday mornings between 9:30 and 10:30 AM (upstairs). Everyone is welcome. This week we will be talking about the work of the Holy Spirit in the Church Age. Join us!
